NHS24 have recently released a new app to help any patients who suffer from any injury, disease or problem with the muscles, bones or joints.

Patients can now book “on the day” GP appointments online at 8am!

If you feel that you need to see or speak to a GP that day, simply log on to Patient Access via our website at 8am to book. Remember if you are requesting a telephone appointment, please write “Telephone” in the appointment reason box when booking.

You will need to register for Patient Access to use this service. Please attend the surgery and ask at the reception desk.

Or if you have lost or forgotten your access details, please let the receptionist know.

We now offer patients the option to book a telephone appointment with their GP using Patient Access.

Simply book your appointment as usual using the Patient Access service, then write in the Appointment Reason box “Telephone Appointment“.  The doctor will then phone you back at the allocated time. Please ensure you check your telephone number is correct on your records, and try to keep your line free.

We now offer a telephone appointment service at the practice for patients who wish to speak to a GP.

If you feel you would benefit from a telephone appointment rather than be seen face to face in the surgery please ask for this service. The doctor will then phone you back at an allocated time. Please ensure you leave your preferred telephone number for the GP to call you and try to keep your line free.

We have now updated our services here at the practice to include Patient Access, which enables patients to order their prescriptions and book / cancel GP appointments online via our website or the free mobile phone app (available on iOS and android) 

To sign up to this service, please visit the surgery with a form of ID to register for your own personal Patient Access log on details. You must then log in to register within 7 days to activate login.
