If you have a complaint about the service received at the practice please put this in writing, in the first instance, to our Practice Manager Mrs Frances Woods who will attend to your comments and reply as soon as possible. This is can either be done via written / typed letter posted to surgery at the address at the top of this page or via email at frances.woods@nhs.scot
