We also operate a 24 hour telephone order line. Call 0141 889 2604 where you will be prompted to press number 1 on your telephone keypad to order a prescription. You are then asked to leave your name, date of birth, contact telephone number and the names of the items you require on a voicemail.
Alternatively you can indicate on your tear off slip which medications are required and either hand it into the surgery or post it to us with a stamped addressed envelope.
Prescriptions will be available to uplift within 72 hours. Please remember that this time will be extended when we are closed for weekends/public holidays, or if you use the pharmacy collection service. Please note that you should still attend the doctor for review of treatment at regular intervals.
Pharmacy prescription service — some pharmacies can order, collect and deliver your medication for you. Please approach your chosen chemist to discuss this.
If you run out of your repeat medication and the surgery is closed, it may be possible to obtain an emergency supply from your local pharmacy. Please speak to the pharmacist for more information.
