Sign inIt has came to our attention that patients are unaware of what the best thing to do when you have no medication and you are away from home. This includes if you are in Scotland or England and you have ran out of medication or forgot to take this away with you.
Patients should in the first instance approach a GP practice local to where they are staying and ask to register as a ‘temporary’ patient and they will be able to get a prescription processed for you. If you are staying with family or friends it is best to approach the surgery they are registered with.
