Please follow this link to the NHS Inform website for you to obtain a record of your coronavirus vaccination status.
On your vaccination letter you will have received a username and password – these can be used to sign in and see your vaccination status. If you no longer have the letter or got your appointment through work/NHS you can still access this. Just follow the link above and click on ‘recover username’ you can then activate your registration and access your status.
You can also get access to this by phoning the Covid-19 Status helpline on 0808 196 8565. This is open 10am – 6pm. If you chose to phone for this the record will be sent by first class post, make sure you allow plenty of time for this to arrive before you travel
